These Terms explain the rules that apply when you use SearchXLab, our AI visibility monitoring and traffic analytics platform.

Summary

SearchXLab provides AI visibility monitoring, analytics, and reports. You remain responsible for your account, connected integrations, customer data, and how you use the insights generated by the service.

1. Agreement to these Terms

  • These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SearchXLab, including the website, dashboard, APIs, reports, exports, integrations, and related services.
  • By creating an account, connecting an integration, starting a trial, or using SearchXLab, you agree to these Terms. If you use SearchXLab for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
  • If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

2. The service

  • SearchXLab is a SaaS platform for AI visibility monitoring, brand and competitor tracking, prompt analysis, traffic analytics, reports, and related optimization workflows.
  • SearchXLab may use third-party APIs, AI model providers, search data providers, hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics integrations to provide the service.
  • Features may change over time. Beta, preview, or experimental features may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping login credentials secure.
  • You must promptly notify us at contact@searchxlab.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or connected integrations.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by team members, contractors, clients, or other users you invite.

4. Customer data and integrations

  • You retain ownership of the data you submit to SearchXLab, including project details, prompts, brand data, competitor data, website URLs, and connected analytics data.
  • You grant SearchXLab the rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, and transmit customer data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
  • When you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Bing Webmaster Tools, or another integration, you confirm that you have the authority to connect that account and use the related data in SearchXLab.
  • Your use of connected third-party services remains subject to their own terms, policies, quotas, permissions, and availability.
  • Our handling of personal data and Google API data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

  • You must not use SearchXLab to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, compromise security, send spam, abuse third-party APIs, scrape in violation of applicable rules, or interfere with the service.
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, or use automated systems in a way that harms SearchXLab or other users.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that prompts, content, exports, and reports you create or share comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

6. AI outputs and analytics results

  • SearchXLab may use AI systems and external data sources to generate visibility scores, summaries, recommendations, citations, rankings, and reports.
  • AI outputs and analytics results can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or based on third-party system behavior outside our control. You should review important outputs before relying on them.
  • SearchXLab does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions made using the service.

7. Subscriptions, trials, and payments

  • Paid plans, trial terms, usage limits, renewal dates, and prices are shown at checkout or in the product.
  • Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts.
  • You can cancel according to the cancellation flow available in the product or by contacting support. Access may continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

8. Intellectual property

  • SearchXLab and its software, design, brand, logos, documentation, and platform content are owned by SearchXLab or its licensors.
  • These Terms do not transfer ownership of SearchXLab intellectual property to you.
  • You may use SearchXLab reports and exports for your internal business purposes and client work, provided you do not misrepresent their source or violate these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using SearchXLab at any time. You may request account or project deletion by contacting contact@searchxlab.com.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay fees, misuse integrations, or use the service in a way that may harm SearchXLab, users, or third parties.
  • After termination, some information may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy or as required for legal, security, billing, or compliance purposes.

10. Disclaimers

  • SearchXLab is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific ranking results, specific AI visibility improvements, or continuous third-party API availability.
  • Third-party services, AI providers, search engines, analytics providers, and hosting providers may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchXLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchXLab's total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to SearchXLab for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

  • We may update these Terms as the service, pricing, integrations, or legal requirements change.
  • The latest version will always be available on this page. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice through the product or by email where appropriate.
  • Continuing to use SearchXLab after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and contact

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of France, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
