This Privacy Policy explains how SearchXLab collects, uses, protects, and deletes data when you use our AI visibility monitoring and traffic analytics platform.

Last updated: May 6, 2026

Summary

SearchXLab uses customer and analytics data to provide the dashboard, reports, alerts, and connected integrations you choose to enable. We do not sell personal data, and connected Google API data is used only for the disclosed analytics features.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, subscription status, and billing identifiers.
  • Project information you provide, including website URLs, brand names, competitors, prompts, scan settings, and generated analysis results.
  • Traffic and analytics information when you connect a source, including SearchXLab Agent Analytics events, Google Search Console metrics, Google Analytics 4 account metadata, and Bing Webmaster Tools site information.
  • Technical information needed to run and secure the service, such as IP address, browser, device, logs, cookies, local storage, and error diagnostics.
  • Payment and invoicing information processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

2. How we use information

  • To provide SearchXLab features, including AI visibility monitoring, traffic analytics, dashboards, exports, reports, alerts, onboarding, and customer support.
  • To authenticate users, prevent fraud, secure the platform, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
  • To improve the service using aggregated or de-identified operational metrics. We do not sell personal data.
  • To send transactional emails, billing notices, product updates, and support messages. You can opt out of non-essential communications.

3. Google API data

  • If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics 4, SearchXLab requests only the permissions needed to display traffic, search performance, and connected account status inside your project.
  • Google Search Console data may include the connected Google account email, site URL, permission level, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, countries, devices, dates, and related search performance metrics.
  • Google Analytics 4 data may include the connected Google account email, OAuth tokens, property identifiers, property names, and analytics metrics required for traffic reporting.
  • Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and are used only to refresh access and retrieve analytics data for the connected project.
  • SearchXLab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • We do not use Google API data for advertising, sell Google API data, or use Google API data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

4. Bing Webmaster Tools data

  • If you connect Bing Webmaster Tools, SearchXLab stores your Bing Webmaster API key in encrypted form and uses it only to retrieve Bing site and search performance data for your project.
  • You can remove the connection at any time from the product or by contacting support.

5. Sharing and processors

  • We share information only with service providers needed to operate SearchXLab, such as hosting, database, analytics, authentication, email, payments, logging, and AI infrastructure providers.
  • Current provider categories may include Microsoft Azure, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Google APIs, Bing Webmaster APIs, and AI model providers used to run the scans you request.
  • We require processors to protect data and use it only for the services they provide to SearchXLab.

6. Security and retention

  • We use technical and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit, encrypted external tokens, access controls, logging, and least-privilege operational practices.
  • We retain account, project, scan, and analytics data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
  • When you disconnect an integration, we stop using it for new data collection. Some historical dashboard data may remain until deleted under your account retention settings or support request.

7. Your rights and choices

  • Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data.
  • You can revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page and disconnect integrations inside SearchXLab where available.
  • To request deletion of your account, project, or connected analytics data, contact us at contact@searchxlab.com.

8. International transfers

  • SearchXLab is operated from France and may use service providers located in the European Union, the United States, and other countries.
  • Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections and provider compliance programs.

9. Changes to this policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or integrations change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
  • If changes are material, we will provide additional notice through the product or by email where appropriate.
